Project Context
Francis, a contractor we have worked with for many years, contacted us on behalf of his client who needed their roof replaced. The existing asphalt shingle roof on the Port Coquitlam home had reached the end of its lifespan, and the replacement was required before the rest of the home renovations could move forward. Francis trusted us to handle the roofing portion of the project so his client’s renovation schedule would stay on track.
The main challenge was timing. The project took place in January, when weather conditions can be unpredictable and roofing opportunities are limited. We needed to find a safe and reliable weather window to remove the existing roof and install the new asphalt shingle system without compromising quality or safety.
