Micky from Kingsmen Contracting reached out to Vantage Roofing on behalf of his client, Erica. The existing asphalt shingle roof was nearing the end of its life. With interior renovations underway, any delay or unexpected leak could cause costly damage and schedule setbacks.
The key challenge was time and risk: get the roof replaced before any water ingress could threaten Erica’s renovations and living space. The project needed a durable system, clean execution, and a dependable schedule.
