Project Context
Emma contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd because her roof was leaking and needed immediate attention. After reviewing her roofing system, we recommended a full replacement to protect her Burnaby home long-term. The project included replacing her existing asphalt roofing system and rubber gutters with a new Malarkey Vista roofing system and new EPDM rubber gutters.
The main issue was timing. With winter conditions continuing, the roof leak could worsen and potentially lead to interior damage like staining, damp insulation, and costly repairs. Emma needed the roof replaced quickly and properly, so the home stayed protected through the season.
