Project Context
Viva Outdoor Living is known for building premium outdoor spaces that combine high-quality materials with thoughtful design. Having successfully worked with Vantage Roofing Ltd. in the past, they once again trusted our team for their new Surrey construction project, confident that our workmanship and attention to detail would meet their demanding standards.
The March 2026 project involved the installation of a full roofing system, including a 2-ply torch-on membrane (SOPRAFLY FLAM STICK ET and SOPRALENE FLAM 250), three 2-inch copper drains, and 26-gauge cap flashing with standing seams—paired with a 10-year Vantage Roofing Ltd. Workmanship Warranty.
The primary challenge was designing and installing a roofing system from the ground up that would seamlessly integrate with Viva Outdoor Living’s structural and aesthetic goals. Precision, waterproofing, and effective drainage were critical to the project’s success. As with any new construction, maintaining alignment between our roofing work and the broader build timeline demanded close coordination and technical accuracy.
