Project Context
John’s project focused on replacing his existing roof with a higher-end standing seam metal system. The scope included removal of old roofing materials, roof deck inspection, installation of a premium underlayment and mechanically locked metal panels, upgraded flashings and trim, and a complete ventilation improvement strategy to support the new roof system.
This project required more than a standard replacement. Standing seam metal roofing demands precise installation, and the roof’s long-term success depended on getting every detail right, from panel layout and locking seams to flashing integration and balanced attic ventilation.
John chose Vantage Roofing Ltd. because of our experience with specialized roofing systems and our reputation for detail-driven workmanship. For a project involving a mechanically locked standing seam system, he needed a contractor with the skill and discipline to execute every stage with consistency and care.
We approached the project with a structured installation plan that prioritized both performance and finish quality. After preparing the roof deck with a high-temperature underlayment, we installed the standing seam metal panels, custom flashings, fascia protection, and upgraded venting components, including ridge exhaust and improved soffit intake, to create a complete and balanced roofing system.
The result is a roofing system that enhances the home visually while delivering dependable long-term protection. John’s home now features a clean, architectural metal roof with improved airflow, durable materials, and a polished finish that reflects the quality of the installation.
