Project Context
Kim contacted Vantage Roofing to inquire about replacing the existing roofs on their home and detached garage. Both roofs had asphalt shingles, and Kim wanted a long-lasting upgrade. Our team removed the old shingle roofing and installed a new metal roof system using 26ga, 12-inch snap-lock metal panels for a clean, modern finish and strong protection.
The main challenge was timing. This project needed to be completed in the fall, when weather can change quickly—rain, wind, and colder temperatures can slow roofing work down and create scheduling pressure. The goal was to complete the replacement efficiently while still maintaining a high-quality installation.
