How We Responded?

Our crew began by thoroughly cleaning and priming the existing roof with asphalt primer to ensure a solid foundation. We then:

Installed proper sloping to eliminate ponding areas.
Applied a 2-ply Torch On System, using Torchflex™ TP-180-FF-Base for the first layer and Torchflex™ TP-250-Cap for the top layer.
Installed all-new copper drains, aluminum plumbing stacks, hot weld B vent flashings, and 26-gauge cap flashings.
Built up the eave with 2x2s in the section prone to overflow.
