Project Context
Patrick, a representative from Trasolwest, contacted us on behalf of one of his clients. The client was in the middle of broader property renovations and needed the garage roof and fascia replaced to protect the structure and keep the project moving.
Timing and coordination were key. The customer wanted the garage roof replaced during ongoing renovations to avoid delays and protect interior work. The existing roof and fascia were worn and had to be fully removed and rebuilt to modern standards.
Patrick chose Vantage Roofing Ltd because of our long-standing relationship with Trasolwest and a strong referral. He knew we communicate clearly, show up when we say we will, deliver quality workmanship that lasts, and work smoothly alongside other trades during renovations.
We scoped and scheduled the work to fit the renovation timeline, then completed the removal and disposal of the old fascia and roofing materials. We installed new 1/2″ plywood to create a solid, long-lasting deck, rebuilt the perimeter with 2×8 fascia for strength and clean lines, and finished with Malarkey Vista shingles to ensure durability and curb appeal. Throughout the project, we coordinated closely with Patrick and the renovation team to keep the site clean and the schedule on track.
Patrick’s client now has a brand-new garage roof and fascia that protect the structure, support the ongoing renovations, and improve the property’s appearance and value. The materials and workmanship are built for a long service life with low maintenance. In short, a trusted referral asked us to deliver—and we did. The garage is weather-tight, better looking, and ready for the next phase of work.
