Vincent’s existing asphalt roof and gutters were showing wear, making it the ideal time for a full renewal. Vantage Roofing Ltd. installed a Malarkey Vista roofing system, complete with high-performance underlayment, starter shingles, Vista AR shingles, and RidgeFlex hip and ridge shingles, along with detailed flashing upgrades and new vents.
