Project Context
Robert’s rancher in North Delta had an asphalt shingle roof that had been in place for two decades. With the roof nearing the end of its lifespan, Robert reached out to Vantage Roofing Ltd for a full replacement. Our goal was to provide a durable new roofing system that would protect his home for years to come.
The primary opportunity of this project was timing: completing the roof replacement during the clear, dry summer months. This window would allow us to work without delays from rain or high winds, ensuring a smooth installation process. Additionally, we needed to remove and dispose of the old shingles and install both a new asphalt shingle roofing system and EPDM rubber gutters within a tight schedule.
