Trent approached Vantage Roofing Ltd because his existing torch-on roof was nearing the end of its lifespan after 20 years. Additionally, he needed his skylights replaced to maintain their functionality and prevent future leaks. Understanding the importance of proactive maintenance, Trent sought a trusted Surrey roofing contractor to complete the project efficiently and professionally.

Our team swiftly commenced the project, beginning with meticulous removal and disposal of all existing cap flashing and drains. We thoroughly cleaned and primed the roof surface, correcting ponding issues by building up the two smaller roofs and reinforcing three skylight curbs.
We installed a robust 2-ply torch-on system (SOPRALENE FLAM 180 as the first ply and SOPRALENE FLAM 250 as the second ply), upgraded drains, added new scuppers for enhanced drainage, and carefully lifted metal roofing panels to torch beneath the flashings. Additionally, we replaced three skylights and installed all-new 26-gauge, S-Lock cap flashing, completing the project with meticulous attention to detail.
Trent now enjoys a reliable, aesthetically pleasing new torch-on roof that provides robust protection for his home.
