Project Context
Zane reached out to Vantage Roofing Ltd seeking an estimate to replace his worn sloped roof and flat roof. Our solution involved installing a new asphalt shingle system for the sloped sections and a torch-on roof for the flat area. We also upgraded his skylights, installing three new double-pane glass units under the existing dome structures to improve insulation and reduce heat loss.
The opportunity was to complete the project in the summer, ensuring optimal weather conditions for roofing work and avoiding the challenges of fall and winter rain.
