Project Context
Henry contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd to replace his roof and skylights. After reviewing the home’s needs, our team planned a full roofing system upgrade that would provide strong protection for the years ahead.
Scope of work included:
Removing and disposing of the existing roofing materials
Installing a new plywood roof deck
Installing a Malarkey Vista roofing system
Replacing two skylights
The biggest challenge was completing the roof replacement in current weather conditions. Roofing work is highly dependent on safe, workable weather—so planning, timing, and execution had to be done carefully to stay on track without compromising quality.
