Michelle contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd because her concrete tile roof had numerous cracked tiles and other structural issues. We proposed a complete replacement, removing the old tile roof and installing a new asphalt shingle system, along with new plywood and strapping to strengthen the roof deck.
