The project entailed a series of comprehensive roofing tasks including cleaning, prepping, repairing rotten wood, installing a 2 Ply Torch On System, fitting new drains, and installing a new copper scupper. These were critical steps to not only enhance the roof’s functionality but also to address a persistent leak over the lower bathroom of the property.
The primary challenge in this project was the complexity of the leak. It was a problem that had stumped several other companies, who were unable to provide a cost-effective and efficient solution. The task demanded a strategic approach, combining innovative techniques with precise execution.

In response to this intricate challenge, we developed a detailed roofing plan tailored to address the specific issues at hand. Our approach involved a series of carefully planned and executed steps: installing a self-adhering base sheet with adhesive, torching in the perimeter, applying a cap layer, and reconfiguring the drainage system to effectively manage water flow.
