The HVAC company was in the process of installing a new HVAC system for their client. To facilitate their work, they needed to run their wiring through the roof, requiring the removal of a couple of plumbing flashings. However, lacking roofing expertise, they attempted to perform the torching themselves, leading to incorrect installation and subsequent leaks that damaged the interior of the building.
The primary challenge in this project was to undo and dispose of the improperly installed roofing work and perform the necessary repairs and installation to ensure a leak-free outcome. Time was of the essence, as the leak posed a risk of further damage to the building and its contents.
The HVAC company chose us based on their reputation for prompt response and quality workmanship. Our team was able to quickly assess the damage and provide a solution. Furthermore, our expertise in roofing and understanding of the urgency demonstrated our commitment to resolving the issue efficiently.
