Project Context
Greg, a builder working on a new home for one of his clients, needed a durable roofing system installed. He reached out to Vantage Roofing Ltd, a company he has trusted for years on all his roofing projects. Our task was to install a 2-ply Soprema torch-on roof system that would prepare the home for the next stages of construction.
Timing was the critical factor in this project. The roof needed to be installed before the fall season to ensure interior trades could continue their work without weather delays. This required efficiency and careful coordination to keep the overall construction schedule on track.
