We have a green roof. Vantage Roofing Company Ltd removed the soil and landscaping, replaced and reinforced the underlay and membrane roof, and then replaced the soil and landscaping. This was a complex project involving locating and problem-solving the leakage and then remediating and improving to ensure the problem would not reoccur in the future. Replacing a roof is something no one looks forward to, but unfortunately has to be done. I was worried about the age of my concrete tile roof (almost 40 years), and though it was fine, I knew I would regret it if I waited until it leaked because then it would have been too late.
