Replacing a roof is something no one looks forward to, but unfortunately has to be done. I was worried about the age of my concrete tile roof (almost 40 years), and though it was fine, I knew I would regret it if I waited until it leaked because then it would have been too late. I dreaded the process and how much it was going to cost, as it was not something I wanted to spend money on. So, over the course of several weeks, I researched roofing and materials and I got 6 quotes to replace my roof. I picked Vantage because the material used was solid, and Don and Hardeep were able to answer my questions quickly and took the time to explain the process. Plus, the pricing was fair. Once the work was scheduled, the workers came, dismantled the old concrete tile roof, and replaced it in a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took! They removed all the debris, leaving no trace or damage to my yard. I had 3 skylights replaced as well, and they turned out better than I had hoped!
