Keren and Dylan reached out to Vantage Roofing with a clear need: their home required a complete roof replacement, but it had to be done within a strict budget. Their existing roof consisted of two layers of old roofing materials that needed removal and replacement. Vantage Roofing was tasked with not only meeting their financial constraints but also ensuring the new roof would stand the test of time.
The primary challenge in this project was twofold: adhering to Keren and Dylan’s budget while ensuring the roof replacement was of the highest quality. The need for a cost-effective, durable solution was paramount, as the couple wanted to protect their home and family without financial strain.

We efficiently removed and disposed of the existing roofing materials and installed high-performance 30lb synthetic underlayment, malarkey vista shingles, all new roofing accessories, and 26g flashings. We also reinforced all protrusions with peel and stick underlayment and installed diverters at all gable ends. The entire roof replacement was executed within two days, showcasing our commitment to efficiency and excellence.
