Project Context
Maureen contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd to replace her existing asphalt shingle roof. Along with the roofing upgrade, she also wanted to improve the design and function of her gutters and downspouts. Her goal was to complete the work before any potential leaks could cause damage inside her Delta home.
The opportunity in this project was clear: act quickly to replace the aging roof and gutters before water could find its way inside and create costly interior damage. Time was of the essence to protect Maureen’s home.
