Project Context
Scott contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd for a quote to replace his current asphalt shingle roof. After inspecting the roof, we recommended installing all new plywood over the existing ship lap decking for additional strength, followed by a complete installation of a Malarkey Vista asphalt shingle roofing system. This approach would not only improve durability but also extend the life of the roof.
