Project Context
Micky from Kingsmen Contracting reached out to Vantage Roofing on behalf of his client, Erica. The existing asphalt shingle roof was nearing the end of its life. With interior renovations underway, any delay or unexpected leak could cause costly damage and schedule setbacks.
The key challenge was time and risk: get the roof replaced before any water ingress could threaten Erica’s renovations and living space. The project needed a durable system, clean execution, and a dependable schedule.

Scope: Remove the existing roof and install a new Malarkey Vista asphalt shingle system.
Decking: Replace compromised plywood on the roof deck to ensure a solid substrate.
Accessories: Install all required roof accessories for long-term performance and ventilation.
Delivery: Complete the project on time and on budget, coordinating closely with the contractor to keep interior work on track.
