Project Context
Cyrus called Vantage Roofing Ltd for an estimate to replace his worn torch-on roof. With the roof nearing end of life, he wanted a reliable solution put in place before the wet season.
The main challenge was timing. The roof needed to be replaced before heavy rainfall could lead to leaks and interior damage. The project required fast scheduling, clean execution, and a proven waterproofing system.

Replaced the old membrane with a Soprema 2-ply torch-on system for long-term durability.
