Project Context
Michelle contacted Vantage Roofing Ltd because her concrete tile roof had numerous cracked tiles and other structural issues. The damage not only affected the roof’s appearance but also put her Vancouver home at risk of water ingress. We proposed a complete replacement, removing the old tile roof and installing a new asphalt shingle system, along with new plywood and strapping to strengthen the roof deck.
The opportunity was to complete the project before the existing roof failed and caused interior damage. Timing was critical, as the rainy season was approaching, and delaying could have resulted in costly repairs.
